Mandatory General Notice

Hall Ticket & Identity Verification

All students appearing for Internal, Semester-End, or ATKT examinations must strictly comply with the following entry protocol:

  • Carry an authentic, physical Hall Ticket issued by the college for the respective examination.
  • Carry your original, valid College Student Identity Card. Entry will not be permitted without ID proof.
  • Report to the examination block at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement time.
  • No candidate will be allowed entry into the examination hall after 30 minutes from the start of the paper.
Discipline Strict Regulation

Code of Conduct & Unfair Means (UFM)

Anna Leela College follows a zero-tolerance policy towards the adoption of Unfair Means (UFM) as per University of Mumbai ordinances:

  • Electronic Gadgets: Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, and programmable calculators are strictly prohibited.
  • Possession of chits, written materials on question papers, desks, or stationery items will lead to immediate confiscation and disciplinary inquiry.
  • Candidates found indulging in malpractice will be referred to the Unfair Means Inquiry Committee and may face debarment.
Advisory ATKT & Results

ATKT Applications & Photocopy / Revaluation

Procedures governing backlog clearing, result declaration, and answer-book verification:

  • Eligible ATKT students must submit examination forms and pay prescribed fees before the stipulated deadline.
  • Applications for Photocopy of Answer Books and Revaluation must be submitted within 7 days of result declaration.
  • Students must regularly verify the college notice board and website for updates on seat numbers and room allocations.

Examination Cell Assistance

Students experiencing timetable clashes, issues with hall tickets, or requiring clarification regarding paper codes or ATKT eligibility should contact the Examination Department immediately during official office hours.
