The Marathi Vangmay Mandal has been set up in the academic year 2015-16. MVM organises various intercollege activities throughout the yaeramogst which ‘Marathi BhashaGourav Din’ and ‘Gurupurnima Celebration’ are the main activities. From this academic year MVM also started observing ‘Marathi BhashaSanwardhanPandhrwada’ from 1st January to 15thJanuary. The objectives of MVM are to promote and encourage Marathi language, to create respect and fame among students about Marathi literature and to create an identity about Marathi culture among ‘Amarthi’ students.
