ACTIVITIES UNDERENVOVENTURE
1.TREKKING TO KARNALA FORT Going back to environment is very important for a heathy body, mind and soul. With the intention of providing a detox to students, Envoventure planned a trek to Karnala Fort.It was a one day trek organized on 12th September, 2018. 40 Students from BMS went for the trek. 3 professors also accompanied the students

2.CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS COMPOST – 2017 With an intention of clean and green city, Students of the Envoventure team collected theGanpatifestive waste and segregated the non-degradable and degradable waste. Envoventure team sent the collected Nirmalya to BARC (Bhabha Atomic Research Centre) for further processing. The total collection made was 1017 kg.

ACTIVITIES UNDER KNOWLEDGE CLUB

  1. RESUME WRITING SESSION BMS Department Organized a Resume Writing Session on 22nd January, 2018. 70 TY students from all the departments attended the session. Ms. Rashmi Nayak, Business Manager IIPR conducted the session.

  2. FIELD VISIT TO MAHALAXMI SARAS With an intention to impart practical knowhow of group funding and functioning of self-help groups, SY BMS students (finance specialization) visited MahalaxmiSaras, an exhibition organized by N.A.B.A.R.D. The visit was on 25th January, 2018. Finance faculties from BMS accompanied students to provide them required guidance.

3.UNION BUDGET (2018 19) DISCUSSION SESSION Union Budget (2018 19) discussion session was organized by BMS department on 14th February, 2018. Highlight of this session was the discussion and analysis which was done by students of all the departments. Twenty five student participants presented the budget and its impact on development of India.

ENVOVENTURE
The name “˜EnvoVenture is a fusion of two words “Environment ” and “Adventure” which enables to foster awareness and knowledge about environment, “˜Go Green concept and to instill an environmental ethic in allparticipants through adventurous activities.

This club aims to provide every learner an understanding towards their contribution to the environment, nature conservation, the power of working collaboratively, and their interconnectedness with all living things. Through this club, students explore on how to use adventure activities such as backpacking, trekking, hiking etc as tools to make environmental learning an adventure and an instruction tool through its fun filled activities.

KNOWLEDGE CLUB
Knowledge Club is aninitiative designed to stimulate activities, impart knowledge, enhance and improve speaking, marketing, presentation and leadership skills in a safe and fun environment. It creates an opportunity for knowledge sharingand transfer, bringing together those with common interests through a number of activities and competitions. These competitions cover a number of key areas such as marketing, finance, R&D, business and technologydevelopment and funding which helps in applying their theoretical knowledge in practicality.

**This club believes, “˜The best way to learn is by doing, and that is how the Knowledge club works.

INSIGHT

At the end of every semester, the BMS journal, ‘Insight’ is published which is a truly literary & creative document of the talents of the BMS students. The journal committee is composed of the chief editor, convener, departmental head, committee members & students in-charge. It also provides a panoramic view of the academic, activities & achievements of the BMS students during that particular semester.
